The world of sessions is truly captivating and fascinating, full of infinite possibilities.
How many ways can we help and accompany others in their healing?
Discovering the emotional, energetic, and spiritual world is like opening a fan of new opportunities, stepping out of the 3D world, and connecting with other dimensions of the Self.
Healing is a one-way journey
On my path, I first trained in techniques focused on the physical body: yoga and various massage techniques like Shiatsu, Indian head massage, reflexology, and Thai massage.
Then I began to integrate the energetic: Reiki, Sheihem, Shalua-ka, Teishin, and the extraordinary meridians.
I also trained in TFH and crystals. I integrated aspects of the “spiritual” world: I learned to read Tarot and the I Ching, to channel, and to read auras.
The Big Change: The arrival of EFT Tapping
But EVERYTHING changed when I discovered EFT Tapping, the Emotional Freedom Technique. When it entered my life, my whole body said “this is the way.” Upon learning Tapping, I stopped searching. I had found something that deeply resonated with me.
EFT transformed my life to such an extent that I left everything else behind. I committed, deepened, researched, experimented, and synthesized. EFT was like “leveling up” in my personal growth and maturity, both as a person and as a therapist. It became the cornerstone of my sessions.
Through EFT, I learned the true value of commitment and depth. I learned that it’s not about jumping from therapy to therapy or becoming a “course addict” in the healing shopping mall.
Experience taught me that finding the Path requires surrender
If you’ve already heard that voice saying, “this is the way,” stay there.
Explore from that place, surrender to the process, and let what you’re already doing continue to transform you. When you hear that inner voice, trust in the wisdom of your soul and your intuition. Trust that, at least for now, that is where you need to be.
What gifts are waiting for you, and what do they need from your commitment to fully unfold in your life?
That’s exactly what I share with the students in the Deep Healing Facilitators Training. The training has so many facets for them to enjoy exploring.
I invite them to go through every part of the protocol and not to be tempted by other training while they are on this journey. Because often, we fall into the “greed” of healing—the feeling that it’s never enough, that there’s always something more to learn.
And yes, it’s true: the options are endless. But just because there are a thousand paths doesn’t mean you have to walk them all at the same time or that all of them are right for you at this moment.
If you haven’t yet heard that voice of inner certainty, and you’re still searching without finding, maybe what you need right now in your life is the Deep Healing System.
If you feel that “this is the way,” go for it. Commit.
I sincerely hope that this Training transforms you, empowers you, and marks a before and after in your life.
